My hot tub was leaking from the pump. I called and the repair techs were out the next day and got me up and running again. We had a discussion on the sanitizer I was using and about the problems it was causing. Went to store and Loretta worked with my friend and myself on changing to a more echo friendly sanitizer and love it so far. Loretta is a great person to work with and just want to say thank you for all the help I received. Love my hot tub and miss it when there are problems.
